When you place your order, we (I) will be excited! And then I will prepare fabrics and trims. Once thats done, Build-to-Order bag orders can not easily be cancelled and are generally non-refundable. If you have changed your mind, on the details or spec, please get in touch as soon as you can and I will try to accommodate any changes. I’m just a normal person over here. Hit me up!

Build-to-Order bags are non-returnable, as they are custom built for you :-) But seriously, my highest priority is to please you, so if there is any dissatisfaction with the build for any reason, please get in touch. It’s early days with The Ancoats Bag thing…I’ll look after you :-)

Please note, at this stage, I am making these products in my studio to order only. They are made with passion for design and quality. I know these bags literally inside out, and will know my work when I see it in years to come. Therefore, I am happy to offer a back-to-base build quality guarantee. If there is a failure in the future, you can contact me, send it back and I can review and repair it. If it was a fault with my making, I will do that for free. If it is due to wear and tear, I will find the best most super minimal cost effective way to freshen up your bag and get it back to you for future years of enjoyment, and you can decide if you want me to go ahead after I give you a cost.
