If you’re looking for a unique experience or gift for a bag nerd, including a full custom Ancoats Build to Order Tote, AND your recipient can get to Manchester(!) then this could be the answer.

Come down to the Ancoats Bag Company Workshop, early doors, chat through your build preferences and touch and feel the fabric options, colours, trims and hardware. *ALL of them* Then chill out, watch some sewing, a movie, strum a guitar, read some mags, drink some Ancoats coffee, head into Ancoats, and/or The Northern Quarter or take the Tram into the City. Then head back and collect your completed Tote. If for any reason it’s not complete, local types can collect another day, or I’ll gladly post it on.

The Tote build will be limited to the options available on the day, but, and this is the fun bit, there are ALWAYS fabrics* and trims in the workshop that are not listed…this is the sure fire way to get the most wild and custom Ancoats Tote, as well as experience the process, talk bag and gear design and maker industry stuff, learn a thing or two, and maybe get to jump on a machine and sew through your own fingers if you like ;-)
(*I simply can’t go through all fabrics on emails and DM’s, so it’s part of the thrill of it!)

This is all by appointment only, and this “Gift Card” purchase is the step towards making that appointment. It is non-refundable, so for sure, drop me an email or message first if you want to verify dates or any other details. I’ll make this the best day I can! It’s a new direction which I’ve been keen to take, so this will be a step into the unknown for both the recipient of this gift experience, and me! You can get as “into it” as you like, or just choose your threads and skip into town. It’s totally your shout.
